These fillings are made of a composite resin material that we color-match to the shade of your natural teeth. We also use DentalVibe, an innovative device that replaces traditional topical numbing gel during the anesthesia-injection process. DentalVibe blocks pain signals with the sensation of gentle vibrations for a pain-free experience.

Root Canals
A toothache caused by infection or injury can affect your quality of life. In this case, your dentist may recommend a root canal to treat the inflamed nerve and restore your oral health. In many cases, a root canal treatment is the only option to save a tooth from extraction. Our dentists skillfully perform root canals using advanced techniques. We also use DentalVibe technology during root canal treatment, which minimizes injection discomfort and results in a better patient experience. Once your root canal is complete, we will create a crown to go over it for extra strength and stability.

Dental Crowns
If you have a tooth that has been significantly damaged, a dental crown might be necessary to strengthen and preserve the remaining tooth structure. At Sensational Smiles, we offer CEREC same day crowns for your convenience. In just one appointment, you can walk away with a completely repaired tooth. We make our same day crowns using a material called e.max. We also offer crowns made of porcelain, a high-quality material known for its durability and natural look. However, porcelain crowns do take two appointments to complete. In either case, we will use DentalVibe to keep you comfortable and digital impressions to ensure a perfect crown fit.

Tooth Extraction
If you have a tooth that is beyond repair or causing you complications, your dentist may recommend an extraction. All of our dentists are skilled in performing gentle extractions, and our team will ensure you remain comfortable throughout treatment. The DentalVibe we use also reduces the feeling of anesthesia injections. Following your tooth extraction, we will provide detailed aftercare instructions to minimize discomfort and promote healing. Our team will also recommend appropriate solutions to replace your missing tooth once your gums have healed.

Sedation Dentistry
If you or one of your family members is feeling anxious about dental visits, don’t worry. You’re not alone, and this is common. Our caring team understands that dental anxiety can be a barrier to receiving essential dental care, and we’re here to make sure you have a positive dental experience in a comfortable environment. If you need some extra assistance to tolerate treatment, we can offer nitrous oxide or oral sedation. Both are safe and effective options. You can immediately return to your everyday activities after nitrous oxide, but do note that you will need someone to drive you to and from your appointment if you choose oral sedation.
